Like most people, my favorite season is Spring. The flowers are blooming, the air smells and feels fresh and crisp, the weather is perfect and everyone wants to be outdoors. (And let’s get real – who doesn’t love that?!)

However, I love Fall as well. For much different reasons, of course: bonfires, Halloween, GA/FL, football games, sweaters. But most importantly ….

Seriously …. I think about 70% of everything I make between September and November include pumpkin-flavored-something. No lie.

Want to know what I am most looking forward to right now? Pumpkin Spice Lattes from Starbucks come back on September 9! (Fattening, sure. But DELICIOUS!). It’s sad, but true.

Pumpkin bread. Pumpkin soup. Pumpkin cheesecake. (I feel like Bubba from Forrest Gump right now.) Have you ever tried Pumpkin and Cinnamon Muffins? If not, you’re missing out. (All you do is add a can of pumpkin to your cupcake batter instead of oil. Then, once they’ve baked, dig a hole in the center and fill it with a cream cheese and pumpkin mixture. SO good.) I mean, you can even make pumpkin waffles!
