My personal trainer has a new blog – follow it! I’ve been training with Brandi at Peak Physiques for a little over a year now, and she has truly been a lifesaver. She completely kicked my booty and changed so many of my bad habits last year when I was prepping for my wedding, and while I haven’t been quite as strict lately, she is still keeping me motivated and in check.
