Hi lovies! Can you believe we are already halfway through May? Time needs to slow down. But until the calendar tells me it’s officially Summer, I’m going to take full advantage of Spring, which is giving me all the feels right now. Literally. It’s been as low as 50 degrees and as high as 91 degrees here in Jacksonville, which has my wardrobe and makeup game all over the place. There’s one thing that has been consistent though, and that’s my love for colors. This Spring is all about florals and bright colors (and we can’t forget a Spring staple: pastels!), which is making the makeup artist and party planner in me oh-so very happy.
Believe me when I say: my friends and I have been fully taking advantage of this lovely time of year. We kicked off the season with a Spring Soiree at my friend Amanda’s house, and I wish we could do it every weekend!
The afternoon consisted of bright decor, floral fashion, flower crowns, tasty treats, lavender-champagne cocktails, and wonderful people. Oh! And the flower wall that I made :).

Did I mention that my friend Stephanie made flower ice cubes by freezing fresh flowers into ice trays? She’s amazing. It was so much fun spending the day with so many wonderful people, and having an excuse to decorate and get dressed up.
