Baby Daisy and I recently joined the hubby on a work trip to Orlando and stayed at Universal’s new water park hotel, Cabana Bay Resort (which was so cute!). When I learned that we would be attending an awards banquet with a “resort casual” dress code, I knew I had the perfect dress. Childcare was provided, but I still wanted to wear something that made nursing easy in the event that Daisy was savage and went through all of the milk we left with her. It’s a good thing because I went to check on her and she was freaking out (poor girl acts like she doesn’t eat, but do you see those thighs?) and had to quick nurse her in the corner of the nursery.
If you haven’t noticed, I’ve been posting a lot about nursing-friendly clothing options lately. It’s just so hard to find cute clothes at affordable prices that work with my current lifestyle, so when I do find things I love better believe I’m going to share them here. I’m actually working on a roundup of my fave nursing dresses that I hope to have up next week, but in the meantime I wanted to share this one with you. It’s so perfect for the summer and I received SO many compliments on it, so I don’t want you to miss out on it!
This bright palm maxi is from PinkBlush, one of my favorite online boutiques (which, if you follow me at all, you know I love!). That was my go-to place for the cutest maternity clothes, and now for stylish nursing-friendly/cute mom clothes. The prices are great, customer service is fantastic, and they just kill it with their designs! When I saw this dress on their site I just knew I had to have it. The v-neckline provides easy access, and colors the are INSANE. Mint, purple and hot pink – arehttps://sweetteaandskyscrapers.wordpress.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=8891&action=edit you kidding me!? I am obsessed. So fun and feminine!
I paired it with this neon pink clutch the hubby got me for my birthday last year, bright pink lipstick (of course!), and a few bracelets. Also I’m not going to lie … I had one some cute nude wedges but they killed my feet too badly to leave them on even for pictures. Soooo my go-to black flip flops won. I’m so lame. They don’t exactly match the dress, I know, but they were all I had with me and the dress was long enough that it covered my feet completely and no one knew. Okay? K.
If you’re on the palm print bandwagon like I am, you can shop lots of different options HERE! My dress is also available in other colors, and there are even some short-sleeve options to choose from. I hope you love this look as much as I do. See you with more summer style soon!
