Happy Thursday, my friends! I hope you are having a fabulous week. It’s been a hot minute since I’ve posted here … I feel like life has just been so busy lately! Jimmy”s parents are in town visiting from Chicago, so we’ve been having a mini staycation while they’re here. Jimmy and I both took off work on Monday and we all went down to St. Augustine for the afternoon. It was crazy hot, but we had a nice time! We had lunch at The Columbia House (so delish), then cooled off with ice pops from The Hyppo. Daisy wanted my avocado coconut pop more than her strawberry – who knew?! We splashed in the puddles, stopped in a few shops and strolled down George Street. Daisy heard music coming from an alley, so of course we had to go stop by the street performer playing the drums so she could dance. We only stayed for a few hours because it was rainy and insanely hot (isn’t it almost October?), but it was nice to finally get out of the house with Daisy after she’d been sick all week, and a great way to spend the day off.

Since she’d been sick (somehow she picked up Hand, Foot, Mouth … ugh) she was basically living in PJs and onesises. Boring! Y’all know how much I love to play dress-up with that kid. It was slowly killing me from the inside. So our day out was the perfect time for both of us to pull out our Monday best and coordinate in our new PinkBlush dresses! I’ve been a huge PinkBlush fan since my pregnancy, and I am super excited that they now carry baby and toddler clothing! If you’ve never shopped PinkBlush prepare to be addicted. The majority of their women’s clothing is made to be worn before, during and after pregnancy, so they’re super versatile, comfortable and flattering. The prices are great, they always have awesome sales, and they offer fast and free shipping – YAS GIRL! This bright magenta dress has pockets, and I love the criss-cross back. It’s so perfect for transitioning to Fall! Daisy’s dress was a little long on her (she’s so petite), so I knotted the front which added a little spunk to the dress, and I thought it was so cute! It comes in a few other colors as well. You can shop my dress HERE and Daisy’s dress HERE, and check out other women’s dresses HERE, baby dresses HERE, and toddler dresses HERE. I’m linking all of our outfit details below, as well as few other bright pink dresses that I’m crushing on and a few of my other favorite dresses for your little girl. My hair sash is available HERE and comes in several colors.
