Have you ever tried to find a white dress when you actually needed a white dress? As in you need or want a white dress for a specific occasion, but a good one is no where to be found. It’s impossible. I feel like when you’re not looking for them they’re everywhere, but as soon as you have something in mind, it’s impossible to find. I remember struggling with that when I was getting married and wanted white dresses for the celebrations, when I was pregnant and wanted a white dress for our gender reveal party, and recently when I was looking for an option for my Easter dress.
A good white dress is a closet staple and something that never goes out of style, so when you find a good one it’s worth snatching up. And this dress I’m sharing today, my friends, is certainly one of those dresses! I could have racked up a hefty tab online at My Sister’s Closet Boutique, but when I saw this Oops a Daisy Midi Dress it was game over. The name of the dress (my daughter’s name, so obviously), the tiered ruffle design, the sheer sleeves and overlay, the dainty floral stitched design, the buttons … everything about it screams flirty, feminine, sweet and beautiful. And that’s exactly how I felt when I put it on.
The dress itself is a showstopper so no need to go too crazy with it, but it would also be super cute paired with a denim jacket, wedges or simple slide sandals. I kept it pretty neutral with these nude pumps, and spiced it up just a little with these fun hoop earrings and a palm print clutch.
